SCHUTZ DPDT MCPs are elegantly designed resettable call point with double pole changeover contacts from NC to N/O. Its purpose is to raise an alarm manually once verification of a fire or emergency condition exists or override the electronic locking or release devices in case of emergency with key to reset the switch. The unit uses two terminal blocks which simplifies the cable terminations and saves installation time and ultimately cost. The wiring to the relevant terminals on these terminal blocks provides either a ‘normally open’ or ‘normally closed’ operation. The integrated monitoring system goes into alarm status when the unit is manually pressed in case of emergency or during accidental activation.
