The Ebelco DSU-600 is a specialized mounting bracket, often called a U-bracket, designed for installing 600 lbs electromagnetic (EM) locks on frameless glass doors, especially in glass-to-glass or glass-to-wall setups where standard brackets fail, providing secure, aesthetic, and precise support for access control systems in offices, showrooms, and commercial buildings.

Install the armature plate housing by using the four #6 x 3/4" philip flat headself-tapping screws. Fixed the armature plate and rubber washer intohousing with screw provided.Insert the EM lock into the casing and fixed with screw provided. Place theend cover into back casing. Mark the mounting hole and install the plasticcasing by using 6 x 3/4" philip flat head self-tapping screws.Close and latch the door. Verify that the lock face and armature are makingfull contact.It is recommended that to apply a light coat of silicon lubricant to the matingsurface on a monthly basis to prevent rust.
